Madi // senior pictures

It was a beautiful Seattle day, and Discovery Park was a perfect location. When I first talked with Madi she wanted long crazy grass… we found it! Madi is one of those people who struck me as wise beyond her age – a trait I hope I had when I was in high school. She seems to really have a good feeling on what it means to be uniquely herself. I was super happy to find out that she brought props – her cat was such a trooper! Thanks Madi, I had a great time hanging out with you. Good luck in your senior year!

Tony // senior portraits

It’s that time for senior portraits… so much fun! I remember my senior photos; mostly because my face is still up at my parents house. Luckily I could put together a semi-decent outfit back then so I am not too embarrassed by it :). Working with Tony was completely fun. So laid back and willing to let me drag him around Seattle. It was a warm day in Seattle and he was a good sport wearing a sweater. We also got heckled by rollerbladers but he didn’t let it bother him. Thanks Tony… enjoy!

Family photo fun

Following up on the previous post these guys = so much fun! What a great family… and friends for that matter. The Roberts family was in town and asked me to join them for an evening to take family photos. It was such a beautiful evening. Laid back and easy going is this family. Oh, and they LOVE their little girl. Can you blame them? She puts the ‘aahhh’ in adorable.

Not only did I take pictures of these three; after a while the extended family joined us at the park for some fun! Enjoy the photos. Thanks guys for letting me hang out for an evening.

This little one… melt your heart cute!

Sports Fan

Our son is incredible in so many ways, not the least being his ability to sit in the stands at a sporting event cheering on his home team. We have season tickets to the Seattle Sounders soccer games and we take him to all the games that we can – we recently took him to a Mariner game and he was happy to take in the game on a beautiful summer day and eat his red rope!
